I just got around to reading an email I received from the internet marketing experts over at HubSpot. The email talks about 5 reasons websites fail and 5 easy fixes. The piece that caught my attention is something Rewatchable talks about all the time — customer testimonial videos. Hubspot recommends web marketers “brag a lot”! They suggest “glowing testimonials” should be used not only on your “success stories” page but throughout your website. They recommend that you “get creative and post pictures of your smiling clients, and use podcasts or videos as much as you can. People respond better to a combination of visuals, audio and tape.”
We agree. Today, it is a plus to have customer testimonial videos on your website. Soon, it will be a negative if you don’t have a bunch of customer testimonial videos throughout your website and social media.
